    1-1 session - Either in person or online I’ll work with you, combining elements of physical yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breath-work to help you feel restored. Encouraging and empowering you to reconnect and to find your way back home.

    Join me, from the comfort of your own home, as we carve out some much-needed time to soothe our souls.

    Indulge in a sense of physical and mental space and a chance to reset and restore. Move your body gently through yoga flow, breathwork to soothe the nervous system, mindfulness + meditation practices to connect and restore, and journalling to really dig a little deeper.
