Having practiced yoga for many years and also using yoga therapy to help manage anxiety and depression and finding its benefits oh-so powerful and life-changing, I decided I wanted to train as a yoga teacher to bring these incredible gifts to others.

Together we will embark on a journey to delve deeper into your practice – whether you’re new to yoga or already have a regular practice. To work through the things you need right now – physically, mentally, and emotionally through asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation; let’s get it all out on the mat!

Join me for Hatha yoga. Perfect for beginners, this yoga class will help you to connect with your body and mind, breathe a little deeper, and restore you through meditation.
Tuesday – 7pm-8pm at Church Rooms, Main Road, Colden Common
Thursday – 7-8pm at New Barn Studio, Woodhams Farm, Kings Worthy
